About Me
With over 20 years of experience in international business development and leadership, I bring a wealth of expertise from various roles including Project Manager and Secretary General of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in China. My career has thrived in multicultural environments where I have worked skilfully with entrepreneurs and institutions around the world.
My journey has seen me work with a wide range of organisations in China, from Chinese and Hong Kong-based companies to Italian and Spanish companies. This rich tapestry of experience has sharpened my adaptability and broadened my skills across multiple sectors. Fluent in Chinese, English, Italian, French and Portuguese, and currently learning Arabic, I excel at facilitating meaningful interactions across cultures.
For the past seven and a half years, I have had the honour of representing the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM), where I have held the role of Director of Corporate Partnerships for the past three years. In this role, I have led business development and strategy, forged global collaborations with higher education institutions and managed a diverse team in sales, administration, accounting and project management.
My recent move into the e-mobility sector as Head of Partnerships at GDV Mobility Group reflects my commitment to reducing carbon footprints and promoting sustainability. Key Projects
Developing internationalisation strategies
I have led the international expansion of several organisations, establishing internationalisation strategies in key markets such as China, Germany and other countries in Europe and Asia. This work involved negotiating strategic agreements with large companies and governments, resulting in the strengthening of the companies' global presence and the opening of new markets.
Leading global partnerships in education
I was responsible for establishing collaborative agreements with higher education institutions around the world to achieve strategic alliances in international markets. These partnerships included academic exchange projects, training programmes and accreditation, which increased the visibility and prestige of the institutions you represented globally.
Multinational project management in international trade
I have managed trade projects between Europe and Asia, particularly in the import and export of products such as heavy machinery and luxury goods. These projects involved managing international teams, negotiating contracts and optimising the supply chain to achieve major commercial agreements with international clients.
Institutional representation and global event organisation
Representing international institutions and organisations, I led the organisation of trade missions, forums and global events in collaboration with chambers of commerce and government agencies. These events not only strengthened international trade relationships, but also positioned the organisations in key markets through strategic initiatives.
